I'm an accomplished Global Training Leader with extensive experience in educational program management in multiple industries and settings.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of learning and development leadership including curriculum and program design, organizational needs analysis, eLearning , testing materials, outcome assessments, blended learning approaches, and program quality evaluations.  My focus is on delivering impactful educational programs for diverse groups of learners.

I enjoy creating collaborative partnerships and work well with stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive management, team members, and clients.
